Job summary

ASRC NetCentric is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Solutions Architect to support a DHS program in the DC metro area. The role focuses on leading design across DHS platforms, developing target architectures, and ensuring scalable, compliant solutions.

Responsibilities include driving multiple design projects, conducting customer discovery, and presenting proposals to senior government officials. Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills are essential for end-to-end deployments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or comparable experience.
• 8 years’ experience combined in design, analysis, and implementation of information systems architecture.
• 7 years software ServiceNow development experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive multiple customer solution design projects in parallel.
• Lead business and technical discovery with customers.
• Present proposals to senior government officials in a clear and compelling way.
• Develop target/reference architectures and ensure compliance, scalability, and reusability.
• Analyze available technologies and make recommendations for use.
• Promote collaboration and continuous improvement across teams.
