Job summary

BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee, Inc. is seeking a Senior Application Support Administrator for the IT Service Management Tools Team. You will design, develop, and support integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise systems to automate processes and cut costs.

Remote-first role with final on-site interviews in Chattanooga, TN. On-call rotation is required. Sponsorship is not available. Strong scripting, Flow Designer, and API experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems or related field, or commensurate experience.
• 5+ years in Information Technology.
• 3+ years in Systems Administration or Programming.
• 1+ year knowledge of Windows/AIX/Mainframe environments.

Responsibilities

• Offer consultation and provide senior leadership in support of major applications and projects.
• Understand integration points with existing systems to guide configurations and implementations.
• Provide top-level support for problem resolution and troubleshooting.
• Lead setup, configuration, integration, and implementation of major applications.
• Be available for maintenance and upgrades outside business hours and participate in on-call rotations.
