Job summary

TeamWork Corporate is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Integration & Automation Engineer to join our IT organization in a hybrid role based in Durham, NC. You will build and maintain integrations across our tech ecosystem, drive automation, and coordinate releases while serving as the senior escalation point for integration issues.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years of ServiceNow experience, strong REST/SOAP, ITIL, and reporting skills, plus exposure to Kubernetes, AWS, and orchestration tools.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in ServiceNow development, integration engineering, or similar technical roles.
• Experience with system integrations and process automation.
• Strong REST/SOAP web service integration.
• Directory services integration (AD/Azure AD/LDAP).
• Proficiency in PowerShell, JavaScript, Ansible, Terraform, Python, XML, SQL.
• ITSM/ITOM modules exposure.
• Kubernetes, Docker Swarm, ServiceNow Orchestration, AWS EKS/AKS.
• Experience with development tools/IDEs and code repositories.
• Solid ITIL knowledge and strong reporting/dashboarding skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive automation for application support, deployments, health checks, monitoring, and alerting.
• Support automation, orchestration, and integration initiatives based on ServiceNow.
• Collaborate with offshore teams to implement enhancements and customize processes.
• Transform requirements into Self-Service options for users/ops.
• Explore and rollout ServiceNow features like ATF and Virtual Agents.
• Assist with ServiceNow platform upgrades and release coordination.
• Create tools to automate production processes and generate KPIs/dashboards.
• Document maintenance and repair of automation scripts.
