Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Senior SEO/GEO Strategist to lead the evolution of our search strategy across traditional channels, AI search engines, and emerging experiences. This role focuses on driving organic growth for our global security and safety solutions, strengthening brand visibility, authority, and performance.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of B2B SEO experience, advanced technical knowledge, and hands-on use of tools like GSC, Ahrefs, Semrush, GA4, and Screaming Frog.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional SEO experience in a B2B environment.
• Advanced knowledge of technical SEO, content optimization, and organic authority building.
• Hands-on experience with AI and emerging search experiences and platforms.
• Proficiency with SEO analytics tools (GSC, Ahrefs, Semrush, GA4, Screaming Frog).
• Experience with lead management and CRM platforms like Salesforce and HubSpot.
• Strong analytical, data-driven mindset and ROI-focused prioritization.
• Excellent executive communication translating SEO data into insights.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own strategic SEO and GEO roadmaps across domains and markets.
• Lead high-impact SEO/GEO initiatives with clear implementation, QA, measurement and optimization.
• Identify and prioritize SEO and GEO initiatives across on-site, off-site, technical, and emerging swimlanes.
• Develop complex SEO/GEO experiments to uncover trends and winning tests.
• Spearhead advanced SEO and competitive analyses and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with Performance Marketing, Content, Web Dev, UX and Data Analytics to track organic KPIs.
