Job summary

RB Global Inc. is seeking a Product Manager for Seller Experience in Chicago. You will own the product strategy and roadmap for the seller-facing experience, building scalable workflows for inventory, pricing, offers, and transactions.

You’ll partner with engineering, design, and other teams to deliver customer value and measurable business outcomes. You will translate complex problems into prioritized plans, drive adoption and engagement, and guide initiatives across multiple products and

Qualifications

6+ years of product management experience.
Marketplace product experience is required.
Strong understanding of marketplace dynamics: supply, demand, liquidity, conversion.
Experience leading complex product initiatives with multiple teams, systems, and stakeholders.
Strong product judgment and prioritization.
Proven ability to ship products and deliver measurable customer and business outcomes.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
Experience collaborating with engineering on complex technical systems, APIs, integrations, and platform dependencies.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
High ownership, accountability, adaptability, and comfort operating in ambiguous environments.

Responsibilities

Own the Seller Experience product strategy and roadmap across our digital marketplace.
Build scalable seller workflows for inventory, listings, pricing, offers, sales, and transactions.
Collaborate with engineering, design, sales, operations, finance, and other teams to deliver customer value.
Drive adoption, engagement, and measurable business outcomes.
Translate ambiguous problems into clear priorities and actionable plans.
Identify risks and remove blockers to keep initiatives moving forward.
