Palo Alto Networks is seeking a Principal Architect to influence security transformation strategies for strategic prospects and customers. In this Director-level role you will lead cross‑functional teams and deliver authoritative architectural roadmaps that align security solutions with business needs.

You will engage C-level stakeholders, drive strategic engagements, and partner with Sales, Solution Consulting, and Product teams to accelerate value realization while traveling 50%+ of weeks.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in roles such as end customer, cybersecurity vendor, or consultant.
• BSCS or equivalent degree required.
• Extensive knowledge of core security architectures and trends spanning network, endpoint, and hybrid environments.
• Deep technical understanding of network security and/or SASE/Zero Trust solutions.
• Strong communication, executive presence, and ability to influence C-suite stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain executive-level relationships with strategic accounts.
• Drive strategic advisory engagements and architectural assessments.
• Collaborate with Sales and Solution Consulting to develop differentiated proposals.
• Work with Product Management to address emerging customer needs and competitive insights.
• Travel 50%+ of the weeks in the fiscal year to customer sites and events.
