HighLevel is seeking a strategic Head of Quality Engineering to own the end-to-end quality vision across Commerce & Payments. You will establish quality gates, drive shift-left and shift-right practices, and mentor teams to raise the bar on software quality.

In collaboration with Engineering, Product, DevOps, and Security leadership, you will define metrics, lead AI adoption to improve coverage and defect prediction, and report progress to executives.

Responsabilités

• Own the end-to-end quality engineering vision, strategy, and roadmap across Commerce & Payments, establishing quality gates and driving a shift-left, shift-right culture.
• Lead AI adoption in quality engineering to improve coverage, productivity, and defect prediction based on Commerce scenarios.
• Partner with Engineering, Product, DevOps, and Security leadership to align quality goals, mentor SDET managers, and report metrics to executives.
