Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology, Inc. seeks a Sr Scrum Master to support the AOUSC CMSO modernization, guiding agile teams across multiple courts and stakeholders. You will establish PI objectives, coach teams on SAFe, and ensure effective ceremonies, backlog grooming, and risk mitigation.

The role requires 5+ years in Agile environments, a Bachelor’s degree, and PMP (CSM/PMI-ACP acceptable). Remote work options and travel are possible depending on project needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus 5+ years in Agile development environment.
• Experience with SAFe implementation.
• Must have PMP certification; CSM or PMI-ACP are acceptable.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a high tempo environment.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, collaboration, and mentoring skills.

Responsibilities

• Establish PI objectives and plans aligned to program goals.
• Coach teams and Product Owners on Agile concepts including Epic/User Story creation.
• Manage expectations with multiple Product Owners and interface with senior management.
• Lead SCRUM ceremonies and maintain JIRA and other information radiators.
• Foster cross-team collaboration and mitigate risks to enable progress.
• Ensure team definitions of done at story, sprint, and release levels.
• Coordinate release planning and maintain visible product backlogs.
