Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.

• Proven Scrum Master experience on IT modernization projects.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning and daily stand-ups.
• Own and maintain product backlogs with clear, prioritized requirements.
• Lead requirements gathering, change management, and delivery with stakeholders.
• Support UAT planning and execution to validate functionality.
• Convert integrated master schedules into team backlogs and maintain sync.
• Contribute to monthly contractual deliverables and program reporting.
