Index Analytics LLC is actively seeking a Scrum Master to coach Agile teams delivering digital products for federal clients. This servant-leader role guides SAFe and team ceremonies, removes impediments, and uses metrics to improve delivery flow and team predictability.

You will support PI planning, coach Product Owners, track flow metrics, and promote DevSecOps. Remote-first with occasional on-site as needed; strong communication with stakeholders is essential.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 6+ years of professional experience, including 3+ years leading or coaching Agile delivery teams.
• SAFe, Scrum, Kanban knowledge and Agile metrics.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence or comparable tools.
• Ability to communicate with technical teams, business stakeholders and government clients.

Aufgaben

• Facilitate iteration planning, daily team syncs, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, retrospectives and Innovation and Planning events.
• Support Program Increment planning and execution, including objectives, risks, dependencies, capacity and cross-team coordination.
• Coach teams and Product Owners on SAFe practices and backlog health.
• Track flow, velocity, throughput, predictability and other metrics to guide improvement.
• Identify and remove impediments, elevate systemic risks and coordinate dependencies.
• Promote DevSecOps, automated quality and CI/CD practices.
• Support transparent status reporting and risk management.
• Collaborate with other Scrum Masters to improve practices.
