Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5–7+ years in Agile development and operations.
• SAFe experience with PI planning and ceremonies.
• PMI/CSM/PMI-ACP and SAFe Agilist certifications required.
• Experience leading 24/7 production support teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead 24/7 incident response and production stability efforts.
• Coach Scrum teams and Product Owners on Agile practices.
• Coordinate incident bridges and executive communications.
• Maintain Jira boards, SLAs, and post-incident reviews.
• Drive continuous improvement in incident handling and workflows.
• Collaborate with Dev, Security, and Platform teams.
