Ladders is seeking a Senior Level Scrum Master to guide Agile delivery across federal IT modernization teams. This remote role focuses on Scrum discipline, translating program priorities into actionable work for delivery teams, and partnering with stakeholders for planning, reporting, and continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate will drive strong Scrum practices, enable Agile delivery, and support customer-facing delivery activities while maintaining collaboration across the organization.

Formación

• Experience leading Agile teams and delivering with Scrum/Kanban.
• Ability to enable Agile practices across multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Strong collaboration with stakeholders to translate priorities into work.

• Facilitate Scrum events (sprint planning, retrospectives) and support SDLC delivery.
• Coach teams on requirements gathering and continuous delivery processes.
• Oversee backlog management and ensure Scrum best practices.
• Drive customer feedback via demos and UAT.
• Analyze Agile metrics for continuous improvement.

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Level Scrum Master to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space. This role will guide Agile delivery efforts across technical teams supporting a federal IT modernization initiative. The ideal candidate will drive strong Scrum discipline, improve team execution, and help translate program-level priorities into clear, actionable work for delivery teams. You will partner closely with stakeholders across the organization to support planning, reporting, continuous improvement, and customer-facing delivery activities.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $135,000 – $165,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile events such as sprint planning and retrospectives
• Lead technical delivery teams through the Software Delivery Lifecycle (SDLC)
• Oversee product backlog management and ensure adherence to Scrum best practices
• Coach teams on effective requirements gathering and continuous delivery processes
• Drive customer feedback through user acceptance testing and demos
• Analyze Agile metrics to foster continuous improvementConvert integrated master schedules into actionable team-level backlogs

Qualifications

• US citizen with ability to obtain and maintain Public Trust Suitability
• Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum of 11 years of relevant professional experience
• Proven expertise in Scrum and Kanban methodologies
• Experience in Agile enablement and stakeholder collaboration
