Job summary

PAR Technology Corporation seeks a Senior Scrum Master to enable agile delivery across one or more teams. You will coach Scrum values, facilitate ceremonies, and remove impediments, partnering with PDLs and DMs to improve velocity and predictability.

The role is remote in the US, aligned with a fast-growing SaaS/platform delivery environment. You will drive data-informed retrospectives, manage dependencies, and champion Lean practices to ensure high-performing teams.

Qualifications

2+ years of Scrum Master or agile facilitation experience with a delivery team.
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification.
Demonstrated ability to coach teams on Scrum principles and agile values.
Experience facilitating retrospectives, sprint planning, sprint reviews and daily standups.
Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, or equivalent agile tools.
Ability to independently support one to two teams of moderate complexity through full sprint cycles.
CSM/SSM/PSM II or equivalent preferred.
Experience with customer-facing SaaS or platform delivery teams preferred.
Familiarity with retail technology, POS systems, or loyalty platforms preferred.
Background in agile coaching, lean practices, or continuous delivery preferred.
Experience managing cross-team dependencies and collaborating with PDLs, DMs, and delivery partners.

Responsibilities

Own and facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (standups, planning, reviews, retrospectives).
Escalate blockers and coordinate with leadership for resolution.
