Job summary

PAR Technology Corporation is seeking a Scrum Master to enable delivery teams across our US remote environment. You will own all Scrum ceremonies, coach teams on agile principles, and remove impediments to sustain a high-velocity, high-trust cadence.

You will collaborate with Delivery Managers and PDLs to improve flow and outcomes for multiple teams. Ideal candidates have 2+ years of Scrum Master experience, CSM or equivalent, and strong skills with Jira/Confluence.

Qualifications

2+ years of Scrum Master or agile facilitation experience with a delivery team.
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification.
Demonstrated ability to coach teams on Scrum principles and agile values.
Experience independently facilitating retrospectives, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and daily standups.
Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, or equivalent agile tools.

Responsibilities

Independently own and facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including standups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Design and evolve ceremony formats to match team maturity and context.
Ensure ceremonies are productive, time-boxed, inclusive, and outcome-oriented.
Drive retrospective action items to completion and measure improvement over time.
Proactively identify, log, and drive impediments to resolution, including impediments owned outside the team.
