Job summary

Children's Hospital Colorado is seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator/Analyst to own Service Cloud health, config, and integrations. You will manage users, roles, permissions, and security, while enhancing case management, automation, and knowledge assets for staff efficiency.

You will also own data quality, scheduled loads, and reporting, building dashboards for KPIs and operating trends, and partnering with stakeholders to translate needs into configured solutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years in related IT roles.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Salesforce Service Cloud administration experience.
• Certifications are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and diagnose complex system problems, escalate as needed.
• Plan, designs, implements, maintains and optimizes applications.
• Translate requirements into design specs and provide product management.
• Lead collaboration with users and IT staff to develop solutions.
• Provide Tier 2/3 support and mentor teammates.
• Support vendor interactions and system upgrades.
