Job summary

Hims & Hers, a leading health and wellness platform, seeks a Senior Salesforce Administrator - Service Cloud to own configuration and governance of our Service Cloud. You’ll optimize case management, Omni-Channel routing, and the Service Console while mentoring peers and partnering with CX leaders.

The role requires 5–7+ years in Salesforce Admin and relevant certifications, with a focus on scalable, well-governed configurations and release management.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years as a Salesforce Administrator with Service Cloud experience.
• Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator required.
• Experience with Omni-Channel, Case Management, Entitlements & Milestones, Lightning Knowledge, Flow Builder.

Responsibilities

• Own case management configuration including queues, routing, and escalation rules.
• Configure and maintain Lightning Service Console, utility bar, and Knowledge base architecture.
• Build and tune entitlements, SLAs, and milestones for visible, enforceable service commitments.
• Design declarative automation in Flow; collaborate with engineering for Apex where needed.
• Manage users, licenses, profiles, permission sets, and sandbox release processes.
