The role requires strong Salesforce expertise, hands-on administration experience, and the ability to translate complex processes into scalable technical solutions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience.
• Experience applying HIPAA data privacy and access controls.
• ETL experience with Data Loader, Import Wizard and Workbench.
• Experience in SLA-driven help desk environments.
• Customer service orientation and problem-solving attitude.
• Willingness to work in a dynamic nonprofit setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead Salesforce Health Cloud administration and user management.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant access controls and data privacy practices.
• Manage and resolve user support tickets from intake to resolution.
• Configure Salesforce—workflows, pages, dashboards, reports as needed.
• Assist with user training and training materials.
