Job summary

Desjardins, through Collabria Financial Inc., seeks a Salesforce and ITSM Platform Administrator and Developer to maintain Service Cloud and Halo, manage users and workflows, and support the Marketing Cloud Next transition. You will collaborate across Customer Service, Marketing, Data, and Technology teams.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years of enterprise platform experience, strong Salesforce expertise, ITIL knowledge, and fluent English.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field (CS/IT) required.
6+ years of enterprise platform administration, configuration, development or support.
Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and Halo.
Experience with Flow, Apex, SOQL, LWC, APIs and deployment tools.
Knowledge of ITIL processes (incident, change, knowledge, problem).
French language knowledge preferred for Quebec positions; strong English required.

Responsibilities

Configure, develop, test and deploy Salesforce enhancements.
Support case management, routing, escalation, notification, knowledge management and reporting in Service Cloud.
Contribute to the transition to Marketing Cloud Next and integrate data, audiences and workflows.
Collaborate with Data teams on Data 360 configurations and data quality.
Investigate and resolve incidents, automation errors and integration issues across Salesforce and Halo.
Plan and execute platform changes with change management and testing.”
Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams on incidents, upgrades and roadmaps.
