Job summary

JMS Talent Partners’ client is seeking a remote Senior Solution Architect to own the design of Salesforce Field Service solutions and guide pre-sales activities. This is a remote, full-time role on a 12-month contract with an hourly range of $100-$110 based on experience.

The candidate will design solutions, deliver architecture diagrams, and lead client-facing engagements, including pre-sales scoping and costing, while maintaining Salesforce certifications and collaboration with delivery teams.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of advanced skills in Salesforce Field Service Cloud Implementation and exposure to Project Scoping
• 5+ years of experience as a Senior Consultant (or equivalent seniority) implementing Salesforce Solutions
• Must have 3-5 years of experience scoping and costing Field Service Cloud projects.
• Demonstrate strong competencies around the core Salesforce.com platform
• Applied knowledge of Salesforce and the Sales, Services, and Marketing functions
• Active Salesforce Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, and Service Cloud Consultant Certification required; minimum 4x certified preferred
• Additional Salesforce.com cloud knowledge specific to industry/verticals (Nonprofit Cloud, Education Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Community Cloud, CPQ, Field Service, etc.) preferred
• Previous experience with software development life cycle (SDLC), Agile, or Hybrid preferred
• Ability to create entity relationship and object relationship diagrams to demonstrate design concepts and tools
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Experience being client-facing and/or acting as an internal project leader and managing multiple stakeholders
• Ability to develop practical solutions and methodologies on the Salesforce platform
• Must have full-time permanent US work authorization
• Note – Determination of Senior will be based upon the candidate’s previous relevant experience and depth of skills, and will be determined through our skills interview process.

Responsibilities

• Own the overall design of the technical solution for Salesforce Field Service and related SaaS apps.
• Lead discovery sessions to translate client requirements into documented solution designs.
• Provide guidance for pre-sales, scoping, and costing of Field Service Cloud projects.
• Develop architecture diagrams (data models, high-level, integration) for projects.
• Perform Salesforce administration/configuration/data migration as needed.
• Collaborate with delivery leadership, project managers, and account executives.
• Ensure certifications and partner certifications are maintained.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to estimate timelines, resources, and costs.
• Stay current with Salesforce technologies and industry best practices.
• Travel as required.
