Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on Salesforce development in enterprise environments.
• Senior developer, technical lead, or solution architect on complex projects.
• Hands-on Salesforce Service Cloud in an enterprise contact center.
• Experience with federal government programs or similarly regulated environments.
• Bachelor's degree in CS or related field; Master's preferred.

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer / Solution Architect to join the team of a leader in the Technical Services space.

This role will shape and deliver enterprise Salesforce solutions that support high-volume customer operations and modernization efforts. The ideal candidate will combine hands-on development with solution architecture, translating business needs into scalable technical designs. You will partner closely with technical stakeholders to improve the customer experience, streamline workflows, and strengthen platform performance. This position also offers the opportunity to contribute to modernization initiatives involving AI-enabled and intelligent customer service capabilities.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $150,000 - $160,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable Salesforce applications using Apex, LWC, and Salesforce APIs

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field with 8+ years of experience, or a Master's degree with 6+ years of experience
• 8+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, including enterprise solutions
• Experience as a senior Salesforce developer, technical lead, or solution architect on complex projects
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud in an enterprise contact center environment
• Experience with federal government programs or similarly regulated environments
