Job summary
Thunder is seeking a Salesforce Solution Engineer to act as the technical lead in pursuits, partnering with Client Directors and Salesforce AEs to translate business problems into credible solutions and winning demos.
You will own discovery, design architecture across Sales, Service, Experience Cloud, Data Cloud, and MuleSoft, build tailored demos, and craft scoped estimates with Delivery. Remote-first with US flexibility.
Qualifications
- 5+ years in the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Experience in pre-sales or solution engineering roles.
- Strong discovery and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to scope and estimate complex projects.
- Salesforce certifications are a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical discovery with business and IT stakeholders.
- Design solution architecture across Salesforce clouds and MuleSoft.
- Build demos aligned to client data and workflows.
- Draft effort estimates, SOWs and proposals with Delivery.
- Collaborate with Salesforce AEs and SEs on joint pursuits.
- Handoff context to Delivery with clear scope.
- Create reusable demo assets and estimation templates.
