Aperture Solutions Group is seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to lead the design, development, and deployment of custom Salesforce applications for federal civilian clients. You will guide technical design, mentor teammates, and ensure best practices across the team in an Agile setting.

The role emphasizes architecture of basic Salesforce solutions, stakeholder communication, and end-to-end delivery, with a remote work setup and federal project exposure.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of related software development experience.
• 5+ years hands-on Salesforce development.
• 5+ years DevOps experience using GitHub, GitLab, Copado, etc.
• Experience architecting basic Salesforce solutions and data models.
• Strong Agile development experience.
• Proficiency with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Framework.
• Experience with Salesforce APIs and integrations.
• Strong communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop custom Salesforce applications (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning).
• Architect basic Salesforce solutions and guide design decisions.
• Support full SDLC in an Agile environment.
• Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Implement integrations with back-office systems and data migrations.
• Lead code reviews and maintain development standards.
• Document projects and provide post-delivery support.
• Mentor junior developers and promote best practices.
