Job summary

Komodo Health is seeking a Senior Solutions Consultant to design and architect Salesforce-based solutions for pharmaceutical clients. You will collaborate with customers and internal teams to deliver high-quality configurations, data integrations, and regulatory-compliant workflows.

You’ll lead requirement sessions, define end-to-end designs, and mentor delivery staff across multiple projects, with a focus on life sciences and pharma industry challenges.

Qualifications

• Pharma domain expertise, clinical trial sponsorships, or healthcare compliance.
• Experience designing Salesforce solutions for global pharma companies.
• 3+ years Salesforce architecture in life sciences or pharma.
• 5+ years documenting current-state processes and recommending future-state improvements.
• Experience leading functional and technical teams through Salesforce lifecycles.
• Strong cross-team collaboration and communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead detailed requirement gathering with customers and delivery teams.
• Determine overall solution design including Salesforce components and data integration.
• Lead a team of configuration specialists and business analysts.
• Guide customers through design reviews to refine the solution.
• Participate in customer training and deployment initiatives.
