Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Salesforce Life Sciences Functional Architect at Senior Manager level to lead large, multi-workstream programs. You will own the solution vision, guide architects, and partner with business and delivery teams to align technical design with strategic goals.

You will mentor managers and leads, navigate governance, and shape architecture across data strategy, integration, and cloud platforms, while interfacing with VP-level stakeholders and clients.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of progressive Salesforce delivery experience.
• Experience architecting and delivering multiple large-scale Salesforce programs in Life Sciences or adjacent regulated industries.
• Experience with Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud, Health Cloud, or equivalent pharma/biotech CRM platforms.
• Experience leading delivery using Agile, hybrid, or scaled Agile frameworks at program scale.
• Experience leveraging AI/ML capabilities within Life Sciences commercial solutions.
• Experience supporting Life Sciences clients at senior delivery or advisory level.
• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (minimum 12 years).

Responsibilities

• Own the overall solution architecture vision for large-scale, multi-workstream Salesforce Life Sciences programs.
• Serve as the senior liaison between business leadership and technical delivery teams — translating strategic intent into architecture direction.
• Lead architecture governance across the delivery program — setting standards and making binding decisions.
• Act as the primary solution escalation point for the delivery team; resolve cross-workstream design conflicts.
• Serve as a trusted technical advisor to senior client stakeholders and translate architecture concepts into business impact narratives.
• Guide and mentor Manager-level Solution Architects and senior leads; develop next generation SA talent.
• Partner with alliance teams and product teams to shape the solution approach.
• Lead design contributions during pursuit phases, including RFP architecture sections and demonstrations.
• Drive practice development through reusable assets and architecture blueprints for Life Sciences commercial space.
• Manage solution risk at the program level and mitigate it with delivery leadership.
