Job summary

Affirm is seeking a Salesforce-focused architect on the Revenue team to own end-to-end solutions for CPQ, CLM, and integrations. You will guide design, govern data flows, and partner with Engineering, Sales, Legal, and Operations to translate business needs into scalable technical outcomes.

You should have 5+ years in Salesforce, CPQ, Apex, and integration tooling (Workato, Gearset), plus strong communication.

Qualifications

• BA/BS or equivalent 4-year degree or equivalent experience.
• Expert-level proficiency in Salesforce.com (5+ years).
• 4+ years Apex, Lightning Web Components and Salesforce Flow.
• 2+ years building integrations with Workato or comparable iPaaS tools.
• Proficiency with DevOps tooling incl. Gearset and Salesforce DX / Git-based workflows.
• Familiarity with Agentforce and Einstein AI capabilities for Revenue workflows.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with business stakeholders.
• Ability to collaborate across Engineering, Finance, Legal, and Revenue teams.
• Experience with data enrichment and GTM automation platforms; Pardot exposure.
• CPQ expertise; Ironclad CLM experience and certifications are a plus.
• Salesforce Advanced Admin and Platform Developer certifications.

Responsibilities

• Define and review technical designs for custom development, integrations, and data migrations.
• Evaluate Salesforce capabilities and recommend adoption paths with measurable value.
• Design, build, and govern Salesforce integrations using Workato; end-to-end initiative ownership.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements and communicate tradeoffs.
• Mentor Salesforce engineers, providing architecture guidance and knowledge sharing.
• Set strategic direction for Salesforce, Ironclad, and related Revenue systems.
• Own end-to-end architecture and governance of CPQ and CLM-related lifecycle strategies.
