Job summary

Kenect is seeking a Senior Salesforce Administrator to own and enhance the Salesforce platform and supporting apps. You will collaborate with Sales, Customer Experience, Support, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to translate needs into scalable solutions and streamline workflows.

This hands-on role emphasizes AI and automation to reduce manual tasks. Design and maintain Salesforce apps, CPQ, dashboards, and integrations; drive projects from discovery to deployment and train end users on new

Qualifications

5+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration with CPQ experience.
Ability to design scalable solutions and translate business problems.
Strong communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience with SaaS apps and API integrations preferred.
Certification as Salesforce Administrator preferred

Responsibilities

Design, configure, enhance and maintain Salesforce apps, workflows, reports, dashboards, and integrations.
Administer and optimize Salesforce CPQ; monitor health and perform maintenance.
Lead projects from discovery through deployment and validation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to close gaps and improve processes.
Support and integrate other business apps and AI-powered tools.
