Salas O’Brien, Inc. is seeking a Salesforce Administrator to support ongoing administration, improvements, and adoption of the Salesforce platform.

The role reports to the Technology Manager and translates operational needs into scalable, user-focused solutions aligned with business objectives. The position requires strong knowledge of Salesforce and Certinia, ability to prioritize, and clear communication with stakeholders at all levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, computer science, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least two years of Salesforce administration experience with automation, security, objects, fields, and dashboards.
• Experience with Certinia and integrated third-party apps like MuleSoft, Conga, Egnyte, and Concur.

Responsibilities

• Platform Administration: manage Salesforce users, licenses, roles, profiles, and access.
• Configuration: maintain objects, fields, page layouts, record types, and reports/dashboards.
• Gather and translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Manage sandbox environments and release testing/documentation.
• Maintain data quality and automate processes; support troubleshooting.
• Coordinate adoption, training, and documentation for platform changes.
• Collaborate with Salesforce Developer on integrations and governance.
