Job summary

Zillow Group Inc. seeks a Principal Sales Strategy Business Partner to act as the embedded strategy lead for segment owners, driving performance and growth. You’ll translate ambiguity into frameworks, partner with leadership, and own analytical agendas, delivering outcomes across forecasting, territory design, and resource allocation.

You will collaborate with Sales, CSM, BI, Marketing, Product and Finance to align initiatives and advance adoption of AI and automation in analytics workflows.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience across Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, GTM Strategy, or Management Consulting.
• Experience supporting enterprise software or technology businesses.
• Ability to translate data into executive-ready recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales segment and channel leaders on performance and growth priorities.
• Lead Weekly Business Review cadence and forecast accuracy.
• Design and evaluate sales plays with Sales and CSM leadership to drive adoption and revenue.
• Set analytical standards and modeling best practices for the GTM Strategy team.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement cross-functional improvements to boost sales effectiveness.
• Turn data into decisions with deep-dive analyses on activation and productivity.
• Own analytical input and scenario modeling for territory design and headcount planning.
• Collaborate across GTM Strategy, BI, Marketing, Product, and Finance to align initiatives.
• Champion AI and automation across workflows to sharpen insights.
