Job summary

Amadeus is seeking a Sales Principal Specialist to lead new logo acquisition and expand sales across a distributed territory. You will work with Account Executives to grow the S&C pipeline and deliver tailored product demos highlighting Delphi, MeetingBroker, and other solutions.

Your role involves consultative selling, understanding client challenges, and driving revenue growth while collaborating with cross-functional teams to align product capabilities with market needs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in sales and revenue within Hospitality or Hospitality SaaS.
• Fluency in English and Spanish; Portuguese proficiency is a plus.
• Experience in hospitality sales and event sales.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Account Executives to manage and grow the new sales pipeline for all S&C solutions (Delphi, MeetingBroker and all Peripheral Solutions).
• Execute outreach campaigns, follow up with prospects, and close deals in territory.
• Apply consultative selling practices and maintain an accurate sales pipeline for forecasting accuracy.
