Job summary

Amadeus is seeking a Senior Sales Principal Specialist for remote work to drive new logo acquisition and expand customer relationships in the hospitality sector. The role requires consultative selling, tailoring demos, and collaborating with Account Executives to close deals across an international territory.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in hospitality sales, fluency in English and Spanish, and experience with Delphi or related catering software. Travel is required to engage clients globally.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality software sales or catering tech.
• 5+ years in sales within Hospitality/Hospitality SaaS.
• Fluency in English and Spanish; Portuguese a plus.
• Experience in hospitality sales or event sales.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
• Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills.
• Ability to demonstrate software via storytelling.
• Familiarity with hotel sales/marketing operations and event operations.
• Proficient in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and digital sales enablement platforms.
• Willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Account Executives to manage and grow the new sales pipeline for S&C solutions.
• Execute outreach campaigns, follow up with prospects, and close deals in territory.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline for forecasting accuracy.
• Consistently achieve new sales revenue targets and support regional growth priorities.
• Understand client business challenges and position strategies for S&C solutions.
• Deliver tailored product demos and value-driven presentations.
