Job summary

Qualifications
- HS Diploma or GE D
- Minimum 5 years relevant experience including leadership
- 3+ years in field services or similar energy industry role
- Willingness to travel within the hub and occasional overnights
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership to support multi-site service hub and staffing requirements
- Own the safety culture within the hub and with contracted partners/customers
- Execute daily Plan of the Day calls and manage dispatch schedule
- Act as Customer Point of Contact to build long term relationships and meet contractual requirements
- Partner with CPM and cross-functional teams to meet deliverables
- Lead Turbine Return to Service and prioritize turbine performance
