Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field.
- 12 years of sales experience with at least 2–3 years in a sales management role.
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets and growing revenue.
- Deep knowledge of laboratory, life sciences, or analytical instrument markets.
- Proven ability to build, guide and develop sales teams.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop commercial teams to drive strategic growth across the portfolio.
- Implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
- Coach sales professionals and collaborate across divisions to deliver customer value.
