Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 12+ years of sales experience including 2-3 years in management.
• Experience selling in laboratory, life sciences, or analytical instruments markets.
• Proven ability to lead and develop sales teams.
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
• CRM proficiency with Salesforce.com.
• Willingness to travel 40-60%.
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver's license.
• Experience with Miller-Heiman or similar methodologies.
