Job summary

Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking a Senior Sales Manager to guide commercial teams, implement sales strategies, and achieve revenue targets for the Southeast region. This remote leadership role requires NC residency and frequent travel to support customers and teammates.

You will develop strategic sales plans, coach sales professionals, and collaborate across divisions to deliver exceptional customer value while upholding integrity and a focus on results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 12 years of sales experience with minimum 2-3 years in sales management.
• Demonstrated success in achieving/exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Deep understanding of laboratory, life sciences, or analytical instruments markets.
• Proven ability to build, guide and develop sales teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English; additional languages beneficial.
