Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 12 years of sales experience with 2-3 years in sales management.
• Experience in laboratory or analytical instrument markets.
• Proven ability to lead and develop sales teams.
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills; ability to influence at all levels.
• Proficiency with Salesforce.com and MS Office.
