Job summary

Thermo Fisher Scientific is hiring a Senior Sales Manager to guide and develop commercial teams, implement effective sales strategies, and expand market share for a diverse portfolio. This remote role oversees the Southeast region with a North Carolina residency requirement and significant travel to support customers.

You will drive revenue growth, coach sales professionals, manage pipelines, and collaborate across divisions while maintaining integrity and customer focus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 12 years of sales experience with 2–3 years in sales management
• Proven track record of achieving/exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth
• Deep understanding of laboratory, life sciences, or analytical instruments markets
• Ability to build, guide and develop sales teams
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; willingness to travel 40–60%
• Valid driver’s license and CRM proficiency (Salesforce)
• Experience with strategic selling methodologies preferred
