Bachelor's degree required with 12+ years of sales experience and 2–3 years in a sales management role

Proven ability to build, guide and develop sales teams
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English; additional languages beneficial
Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce.com) and MS Office
