Smile Digital Health is seeking a senior sales leader to coach and scale a high-performing team. You will develop trusted client relationships, drive opportunities, and implement repeatable sales programs to advance deals.

In this remote-first role, you will guide cross-functional efforts, manage recruitment, and ensure accurate pipeline data in the CRM while achieving quarterly and annual sales targets in the US market.

Qualifications

• 7-10+ years of healthcare sales experience.
• 3-5+ years in sales leadership or people management.
• Bachelor degree or diploma in Business or similar field.
• Knowledge in healthcare technology and US payer/provider space.
• Demonstrated ability to build strategic client relationships with measurable growth.
• Proven leadership to develop a high-functioning sales team.

Responsibilities

• Manage, coach, and develop assigned sales team to meet performance goals.
• Develop trusted relationships with new and existing customers to grow opportunities.
• Oversee strategic sales programs and pipeline management.
• Create repeatable sales solutions to improve product integrations.
• Identify new sales channels and lead generation strategies.
• Guide recruitment and ensure accurate pipeline data in CRM.
• Forecast and track quarterly and annual sales and partnerships metrics.
