Smile Digital Health is seeking a Senior Product Manager to identify market opportunities in healthcare and design innovative products for our health data platform and solutions.

You will collaborate across Smile teams, partner with Technical Product Managers, and drive products from concept to market in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. Strong health care industry knowledge and a strategic mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Product Management or related field driving software product development in healthcare.
• Deep healthcare industry knowledge and market insight.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with cross-functional collaboration across sales, marketing, design, and engineering.
• Strong consultative communication with executive-level clients and partners.
• Creative, solution-oriented thinker with proactive time management.

Responsibilities

• Identify unmet healthcare market opportunities and design strategic product capabilities.
• Define and share ownership of overarching product strategy and positioning.
• Collaborate with engineering, sales, marketing, and leadership to develop and implement products.
• Guide prioritization with Technical Product Managers and translate needs into backlogs.
• Conduct competitive research to benchmark differentiators for platform capabilities.
• Develop product communications, sales materials, training, and demos.
• Present features and roadmaps at industry events to drive awareness and adoption.
• Champion healthcare data capabilities aligning with payer/provider workflows.
