Ladders is seeking a Senior Sales Director for OEM and Defense Primes to lead revenue growth in mission-critical communications. This remote US-based role requires navigating complex procurement and building high-performing teams with strong collaboration across engineering and marketing.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in sales leadership, 5+ years in senior management, and a SECRET clearance or ability to obtain one. Citizenship is required for government contracts and bonuses are incentivized.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 10+ years in sales leadership roles.
• 5+ years in senior sales management with high-performing teams.
• Deep understanding of Federal and State & Local procurement.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver annual order and revenue targets for OEM and Defense Primes.
• Onboard and train new sales team members, and monitor team performance.
• Drive pipeline velocity with accurate CRM tracking and forecasting.
• Collaborate with engineering, product development, and marketing to grow the business.
• Source and hire top-tier sales talent to maintain a high-performing team.
• Resolve complex customer issues and assist with high-stakes negotiations.
• Translate company goals into actionable tasks for sales reps.
