Job summary

Keeper Security is seeking a Senior Sales Commission Analyst to support the administration, analysis, and continuous improvement of global sales compensation programs. You will partner with Sales, Finance, People Ops, Revenue Ops and others to ensure accurate commissions, timely payments, and alignment with business objectives.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in compensation analytics or related finance/revenue operations.
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills including pivots, lookups and data validation.
• Experience with multi-currency and FX calculations.

Responsibilities

• Administer monthly/quarterly sales commission processes for a global sales org.
• Develop and maintain incentive compensation plans and quota rules.
• Validate calculations and resolve discrepancies in commissions and VCTs.
