Fabletics, Inc. is seeking a Sr. SailPoint Engineer to join our Identity Governance team, focusing on SailPoint Identity Security Cloud / IdentityNow.

You’ll administer and evolve identity workflows, integrate applications (including Workday), and design RBAC to scale across the enterprise. You will collaborate with IT Operations, Security, HRIS/Workday, and business stakeholders while working remotely from the U.S.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years hands-on SailPoint IGA administration (Identity Security Cloud/IdentityNow); IdentityIQ a plus.
• Experience integrating SailPoint with Workday as authoritative identity source.
• Experience building/integrating applications into an IGA platform with connector configuration & mapping.
• Ability to diagnose and fix broken/unreliable workflows; root-cause analysis.
• Strong understanding of RBAC theory and least-privilege design in an enterprise.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to design and rollout of an org-wide RBAC model; translate job functions into governed roles.
• Integrate new applications/sources into SailPoint/MyAccess; support Workday integration and lifecycle events.
• Configure and maintain applications, sources, and governance elements within SailPoint Identity Security Cloud / IdentityNow; monitor workflows.
