Fabletics is seeking a Jr. SailPoint Engineer to support the Identity Governance program. You will help configure SailPoint/IdentityNow, onboard/offboard users, and automate lifecycle workflows across IT, HRIS/Workday, and Security teams.

This role emphasizes governance, auditable access, and scalable identity operations. Excellent growth potential in IAM with exposure to SCIM, REST APIs, and workflow automation.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years hands-on experience with SailPoint IGA (Identity Security Cloud/IdentityNow or IdentityIQ).
• Basic IAM concepts: users, groups, roles, entitlements, access requests, provisioning, deprovisioning, certifications.
• Familiarity with AD and Azure / Entra ID.
• Ability to troubleshoot access issues, group memberships, provisioning failures.
• Detail-oriented with ability to follow structured processes.
• Comfort with tickets, documentation, test cases, and status updates.
• Strong communication with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Willingness to learn SailPoint Identity Security Cloud / IdentityNow, Workday-driven processes, SCIM, REST APIs, and workflow automation.
• Ideal candidate brings foundational AI literacy and a proactive mindset.

Responsibilities

• Support daily administration of the SailPoint Identity Security Cloud / IdentityNow platform (MyAccess) including configurations and maintenance of applications, sources, access profiles, roles, governance groups, owners, and approvers.
• Troubleshoot access request issues, approval routing failures, provisioning errors, aggregation problems, and correlation gaps.
• Monitor SailPoint workflows and source aggregation jobs; assist with sandbox testing, production validation, and release documentation.
• Assist with onboarding/offboarding for employees, contractors, and rehires, including Workday-driven identity changes.
• Configure and maintain approval processes and onboarding for new applications and sources; resolve stuck approvals.
• Assist with SOX-related access reviews, evidence collection, and certification campaigns.
