Job summary

Fabletics is seeking a Jr. SailPoint Engineer to support our Identity Governance team. You will administer SailPoint Identity Security Cloud/IdentityNow, onboard/offboard applications, and automate identity lifecycle processes to keep access clean and auditable.

The role partners with IT Operations, HRIS/Workday, Security, and business stakeholders. A strong technical foundation and curiosity about IAM growth are essential for success at Fabletics.

Qualifications

2-3 years hands-on SailPoint IGA platform experience (Identity Security Cloud/IdentityNow or IdentityIQ).
Experience with access certifications, provisioning policies, and identity lifecycle workflows.
Familiarity with Active Directory and Azure/Microsoft Entra ID.

Responsibilities

SailPoint/MyAccess administration and daily platform maintenance.
Onboarding and offboarding automation configuration and troubleshooting.
Configure and maintain approval routing, entitlements, and provisioning rules.
