Ladders is seeking a Sr Consultant - Risk Analytics for P&C Capital Forecasting & Performance in a remote capacity. You will act as the analytics expert, shaping target returns, capital monitoring, and performance measures while partnering with Finance and Risk Management to translate complex models into clear business guidance.

The role demands extensive P&C risk knowledge, cross-functional influence, executive communication, and the ability to provide structured analysis in ambiguous

Qualifications

• Seven or more years of experience in P&C actuarial, insurance analytics, financial-risk modeling, or capital management.
• Strong understanding of P&C financial risk and profitability, including pricing and reserving.
• Ability to communicate complex quantitative analysis clearly to diverse audiences.
• Proven success in influencing cross-functional partners in Finance and Risk Management.
• Strong judgment and executive communication skills, with a knack for storytelling.
• Comfortable creating structure and delivering results in ambiguous situations.
• Preferred progress toward ACAS, FCAS, or a similar actuarial designation.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the subject-matter expert for P&C target returns and capital analytics.
• Enhance the P&C capital monitoring and reporting framework.
• Partner with business units to set and evaluate performance against targets.
• Lead annual reviews of target assumptions and recommend changes.
• Apply financial-risk and P&C analytics to inform business decisions.
• Translate model outputs into actionable business recommendations.
• Present findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
