Qualifications

• Seven or more years of experience in P&C actuarial, insurance analytics, financial-risk modeling, or capital management.
• Strong understanding of P&C financial risk and profitability, including pricing and reserving.
• Ability to communicate complex quantitative analysis clearly to diverse audiences.
• Proven success in influencing cross-functional partners in Finance and Risk Management.
• Strong judgment and executive communication skills, with a knack for storytelling.
• Comfortable creating structure and delivering results in ambiguous situations.
• Preferred progress toward ACAS, FCAS, or a similar actuarial designation.

For our client, we are seeking a Sr Consultant - Risk Analytics P&C Capital Forecasting & Performance - REMOTE to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space. This role will serve as a key analytics expert focused on property and casualty capital forecasting, target returns, and performance measurement. You will partner closely with Finance and Risk Management stakeholders to evaluate assumptions, strengthen capital monitoring, and guide decision-making through clear quantitative insights. The position calls for strong financial-risk and P&C insurance expertise, with the ability to translate complex model outputs into practical business recommendations. Success in this role will depend on influencing cross-functional partners, communicating with executive audiences, and bringing structure to ambiguous analytical challenges. Location: Remote
Compensation: $149,000 – $262,000 annually
