Ladders is seeking a Credit Risk Analytics Manager Senior - Emerging Risk to lead advanced credit risk analytics across consumer portfolios in a remote-capable role. You will partner with stakeholders to strengthen analytical frameworks, deliver quantitative insights, and support informed decision-making in a highly regulated finance environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field or related experience in risk analytics.
• 6 years of analytical or risk management experience; or 4 years with an advanced degree.
• 2 years of analytical experience in financial services or a regulated environment.
• Experience developing and maintaining analytical reporting.
• Strong knowledge of Python, SAS, or SQL.

Responsibilities

• Apply industry-leading practices to manage and assess risks across consumer portfolios.
• Partner with teams to develop and improve analytical frameworks and communicate insights to stakeholders.
• Conduct advanced quantitative analysis using internal and external data sources.
• Challenge risk proposals through detailed research and critical thinking.
• Design and maintain effective risk management frameworks for risk identification and mitigation.
• Oversee comprehensive risk reporting for management and committee oversight.
• Design complex financial risk sensitivity analyses.
