Momentive Software, Inc. is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support revenue recognition under ASC 606 and lead close processes with cross-functional teams.

You will analyze revenue-related accounts, prepare balance sheet and P&L analyses, and help improve accounting controls in a SOX environment. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance, 2–5 years of related experience, and CPA or equivalent certification, with advanced Excel skills and familiarity with Intacct or

• 2–5 years of financial analysis, accounting, or related experience.
• CPA or equivalent certification required.
• Proficiency with Excel and GAAP-based financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual close related to revenue recognition.
• Analyze accounts, prepare balance sheet and P&L analyses for revenue.
• Develop policies and improve accounting processes in a SOX environment.
• Collaborate across teams on forecasting, budgeting and audits.
