Momentive Software seeks a senior finance professional to manage month-end close, ensure ASC 606 compliance, and strengthen SOX controls while driving process

Qualifications

• 5 to 7 years of progressive financial analysis and reporting experience.
• CPA required or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Perform month and quarter close activities, including revenue recognition analysis and GL account reconciliations under ASC 606.
• Develop, implement, and improve accounting processes and procedures in a SOX environment for dynamic lines of business.

Job description

• Perform month and quarter close activities, including revenue recognition analysis and GL account reconciliations under ASC 606.
• Develop, implement, and improve accounting processes and procedures in a SOX environment for dynamic lines of business.

Requirements:

• 5 to 7 years of progressive financial analysis and reporting experience, with CPA required or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of ASC 605/606 and advanced Excel modeling skills.
