Qualifications

• 6+ years in revenue operations or sales operations within software businesses.
• Deep understanding of ASC 606 and software contracts.
• Experience preparing technical accounting memos for complex transactions.

Responsibilities

• Review, structure, and approve complex bundled deals with cross-functional teams.
• Prepare technical accounting memos for ASC 606 compliance.
• Own revenue recognition policies and update ASC 606 guidance.
• Process and review customer orders in Salesforce and NetSuite.
• Establish SSP processes for existing and new products.
• Support monthly close, revenue forecasting, and audit readiness.
• Prepare revenue disclosures for financial statements.
• Assist with SOX controls, process documentation, and public company reporting.
• Oversee cross-department collaboration to improve revenue predictability.
